Tim joined The Leavitt Groups Farmer-Leavitt Insurance Agency, as an insurance professional, following five years of commercial office leasing with the Adelson, Fijan, Roberts, Calihan team in CB Richard Ellis Phoenix brokerage office. A native Phoenician, Tim attended St. Thomas the Apostle elementary school and Brophy College Preparatory, prior to graduating from the University of Arizona. Professionally, Tim has completed The National Underwriters Course, having achieved the designation of Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), as well as The Hartford School of Insurance program in Commercial Lines Producer Development and is currently enrolled in the prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter program, working toward his designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, (CPCU). In addition to his full time career in insurance brokerage, Captain Woods, a Blackhawk Pilot, served a combat tour during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005 as a Platoon Leader then Company Commander. Currently, Captain Woods continues his responsibilities as a Blackhawk Pilot and Operations Officer in the Arizona Army National Guard. Tim is also actively involved in his local community; presently a volunteer member on the Executive Council of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix, a fundraising arm which raises over $1 million annually. Tim represents the insurance needs of a wide variety of businesses and as an integral member of his clients executive teams, prides himself on long term relationships based on unquestionable honesty, unwavering character, constant professionalism and superior service.
